The Mexican Association of Private Capital, A.C. (AMEXCAP) founded in 2003, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster the development of the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry in Mexico.

AMEXCAP PRIVATE CAPITAL DAY 2026 brings together leading investors and fund managers interested in the opportunities across Mexico and Latin America. Taking place in New York City on September 8, 2026, the event serves as a platform to promote dialogue, strengthen strategic relationships, and position the region as an attractive destination for institutional capital.

With a focus on Private Debt, Growth, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Energy, the forum gathers LPs, GPs, and industry leaders to exchange perspectives on market trends, investment opportunities, and sector developments.

In 2025, the event reached a record attendance of more than 260 participants, including 55 LPs from 39 institutions and 69 GPs from 41 funds. These results reflect the growing interest of both domestic and international investors in exploring opportunities in Mexico and building meaningful connections with key players across the private equity ecosystem.
